General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I suggest you to take T.Hifenac D BD(twice daily after food) for 3 days and T.Vit C OD(once daily after food) for 7 days. If symptoms persist I advice you to take USG wrist to diagnose any vessel injury and consult a physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
