What Causes Pain In The Upper Abdomen On The Right, Through The Back?

I am having pain in my upper abdomen on the right side through my back, I m not sure if I m having gallbladder issues or a pulled muscle because I took my golden retriever for a walk 4 days ago and she s hard to walk because she pulls me. The pain is pretty bad!

laxant Mobizox Twice a day for 5 days.If it doesnt help, go in for ultra sound of upper abdomen to rule out gall bladder disease.
