What Causes Pain In The Toes?
I pull by big toe up and back throughout the day subconsciously. I notice it when my toe starts to ache and then I just put it back down. I do this often enough that I have holes in my shoes over my big toe. Started about 6 months ago. I am 54 with anxiety, depression and HBP

You need to investigate with ESR, local part x ray and serum uric acid level
According to cause specific treatment given
For anxiety depression SSRI group of drug taken like fluoxetine
For hypertension amlodipine or Losartan like medication given
Consult orthopedic surgeon for toe problem and physician for hypertension and anxiety treatment
If depression more refer to psychiatrist
