What Causes Pain In The Thigh
Im a female aged 39 years old. My left outer side of thigh hurts. For a few weeks/months. Getting worse. Cant bend my left leg for a long time or sit down too long either. Pain is continuously there. My buttocks also hurts, that is the same side of my leg affected.

The symptoms seem to be related to sciatica pain.
I suggest using painkillers such as Ibuprofen to relieve the symptoms.
I also recommend using Voltaren gel for local application.
