What Causes Pain In The Thigh While Lying Down?

I am an 18 year old girl and for the past few months I have been experiencing pain in my outer left thigh when I lie down. It wasn t too bad but recently it has gotten worse and it is extremely painful when I try to move my left leg while lying down. I have no idea what it could be... Would you be able to help?

Your symptom suggest nurigenic pain due. ro sciatica... pressure on sciatuc nerve while it passes through sciatic notch . &apeciall
n turning to side (causing
contrction of pyriformis muscle which presses over the nerve.
Treatment is medicines & phyosiotherapy.
Pl. Consult orthopedic surgeon.
