What Causes Pain In The Spine?

I, m having pain in my spine, i was told 4 years ago that I had a touch of arthritis in my spine now when i do any lifting or cleaning standing for a long while. I get pain in my spine region and it goes out in my side. I have to lie down to get some relief my emai address is YYYY@YYYY

What is your age? Are you on any medication? Pain over spine means which area?Cervical,thoracic and lumbar area. Take MRI spines and see what is the reason for pain? Spodylosis or Disc prolapse. Consult an orthopedician.
