What Causes Pain In The Spine And Joints?

Hi, my name is Rick. I am 41 years old, in reasonably good condition, but do have seizures. Recently I started having spinal pain that progressed to joint pain in many of my joints. I have had no specific injuries to my joints so I cannot account for the pain. I was working out regularly but short workouts and not with very heavy weights. I stopped working out 4 weeks ago to allow my joints to heal. Incredibly, my joints hurt as bad as ever and I can t account for this. Help!!

Hello,

It is possible that you may be suffering from arthritis or radiculopathy pain.

Get it done x-ray of joint with lumbar spine x-ray.

Take rest, use cold and warm compression. Use NSAIDS for pain relief.

If symptoms not improved please consult your orthopedician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
