General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms seem to be related to muscle strain due to physical activity. Some advice that I can give to you are:

- Use anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three times a day.
- Use anti-inflammatory creams for local application.
- Use cool compresses.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
