What Causes Pain In The Shoulder With Numbness In The Fingers?
I have been experiencing pain in my left shoulder for a few weeks now, with it occasionally going into my armpit. Over the last few days it has progressed down into my wrist and some days my fingers go numb and tingly. I am now starting to see the same thing happen on the right side too.

Hi,
It can be nerve suppression, I advise you do MRI both shoulder joints with neck and go to the nearest doctor, It could be cervical spondylosis too.
Check your sleep posture, do not use a pillow for some time and sleep on a hard mattress.
After MRI consult an orthopedic.
