What Causes Pain In The Shoulder Radiating To The Arm?

I am having shoulder pain. i can point to the spot where it is most soar right in the front of my shoulder. This also pops quite often when moving my arm. There is aching in the muscles going from my shoulder to my elbow. Sometimes if I move my arm wrong it feels like I am having muscle spasms. I cannot extend my arm up over my head. It is alsomost painful when I m reaching back with my arm, like putting on my coat or drying my back in the shower. The aching is all the time now, even if I m not moving my arm. I saw a PA at a walk-in ortho clinic who diagnosed me with tendonitis and prescribed an anti-inflammatory. But it has been over 2 weeks, the anti-inflammatory doesn t seem to make a difference and my symptoms are getting worse and seem to be moving down my arm.

4. Rotator cuff injury
5. Shoulder impingement syndrome etc.
