General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
It appears from your description that your husband could be having either infection of testis called 'orchitis' or twisting of the testis called 'testicular torsion'.
Kindly consult Surgeon for clinical examination and appropriate management. He may require ultrasound scan of the scrotum for confirmation of diagnosis.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
Regards,
Dr.Ashakiran.S.
