What Causes Pain In The Right Testicle Upon Applying Pressure?

Hello, My right testicular has become painful (over the past week) when pressure is applied. Example - When sitting down on a chair with a raised cushion. Last night, while showering, I felt a very small BB sized round bump on the side of my right Testicular. I lightly ran my finger several times over the protrusion and it disappeared. Could this have been a mini cyst? What are your recommendations? Thank You, Larry
