General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If your cysts are bursting inside you will have excruciating pain and an abrupt fall of BP, restlessness and even shortness of breath, but you still need a USG pelvis, it can also be ovulatory pain or PID. Check in with your gynecology after USG pelvis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shah Sayeema Nissar Kirmani, General & Family Physician
