What Causes Pain In The Right Groove Of The Pelvis During Pregnancy?

I have been having this really bad pain right in the right groove of my pelvis... When I m walking it comes out of no where and I almost fall to the ground instantly... I m not sure what it is or if it is normal but it is painful when it happens... ( First Time Mom & I ll be 40 wks in a few days)

Hello,

I think these are uterine contractions to make possible column uteri to open and baby to be born.

If they start to get regular you should go to the hospital to deliver the baby.
