What Causes Pain In The Right Elbow?

I have had moderate to severe right elbow pain for 3 months. The elbow is very stiff and hurts when I bend the arm. At times it hurts at rest. Could this be tendonitis or something else? I have psoriatic arthritis and my rheumatologist seems to think it could be a symptom of that. The pain is now traveling from my elbow down my forearm and in to my fingers.
