What Causes Pain In The Right Calf?

I have been having pain in my right calf. I felt tonight and noticed 3-4 pea sized knots that hurt like a bruise when I touch them. I can only feel them when I flex my calf. There is. I external bruising, not fever, and no swelling, just aching in my calf when I walk or touch it. Should I be concerned?

hello, it might be cramps of leg, as far as no other signs are present like redness, increased temperature of that particular area.take more water as much as you can and take a simple analgesic for one to two days.
