What Causes Pain In The Right Arm And Shoulder Blade?

I am having sting feeling in the back of my right arm and shoulder blade. I have had it for about 12 weeks. I had the shingles shot, but that is what my primary care dr. Seems to hint it is. I had just a slight redness, no blisters. YYYY@YYYY
