What Causes Pain In The Right Abdomen And Vaginal Spotting After Laparotomy?

I have just undergone laparatomy and the surgeon removed left ovarian cyst(9x7cm), the ovary and fallopian Tube. Its now 4weeks since the operation. I have pain on My right side of the abdomen, am spotting too and brown discharge . What could be the problem

I can understand your concern.
These symptoms,abdominal pain and brown discharge are more suggestive of infection.
So better to consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination, ultrasound examination of abdomen and microscopic examination of discharge to rule out infection.
You will need antibiotics, painkiller and other supportive drugs.
Avoid moisture and perspiration in private parts. Keep proper hygiene of private parts.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
