What Causes Pain In The Ribs Upon Breathing?
Some times I reach out to grab something my ribs make a pop sound and instant pain. I find it difficult to breathe until swelling goes down and it happens to both sides. Not at once SO far. I have been diagnosed with degenerative bone disease and seem to be pretty fragile. I am a recording addict and haven t taken great care of myself. What can I do to prevent this again

take x-ray to rule out fracture and apply strapping. this way you can prevent. take second opinion about degenarative bone disease.
