Hello! I m wondering if you can answer this question, I m only 11. I really need to know. Anyway, most mornings my left rib cage hurts, but when I bend my whole rib cage hurts along with my stomach. I feel like I m going to throw up even!! Most of the rest of the days are fine. But I hate the feeling. I m sick of it! So please help me? What s wrong with me? I thought I could ve been constipated because I went to the hospital for chest pain (It was unnecessary because I just ended up constipated) Am I bloated or is this a real problem?! I don t know so please tell me.
First of all, make sure that your sleep routine and food habits are alright.because it can be simple bloating due to your false food habits.or it can be due to various other reasons like costochondritis, vitamin D deficiency. Make sure that there isnt any swelling. anyway start taking vitamin D supplements and if itsnt getting relieved, consult a nearby doctor and do routine investigations.
