What Causes Pain In The Pelvis And Dizziness?
Hi I have been having deep aching cramping in my left side of my pelvis that comes in waves for the past 4 days. I have had a bit of an upset stomach. I passed out yesterday from dizziness and the pain. I have started having some blood streaked discharge and my pain has started to travel from my left side to my back and across to the right side but still mainly on the left. I have a Mirena iud and a history of endometriosis and ovarian cysts. The pain is getting a lot worse and Panadol and codeine is not helping

You have to go to a gynaecologist dear . IUDs can migrate sometimes and cause such symptoms . You need to do an ultrasound abdomen to see that everything is okay.
