What Causes Pain In The Pelvic Area And Frequent Urination?

Chronic pain in lower front pelvic area. Frequent urination especially at night when pain is more intense. Pain also in buttocks. Urine is cloudy and smells strong. Low PH levels in urine. No difficulty in urinating. No pain in urinating. Urinating tends to relieve the discomfort somewhat.

* As per my surgical experience, the underlying reason is urinary infection with or without underlying calculus in the urinary system.
* I recommend to undertake a urine microscopy, x-ray KUB for further management guidelines. Till that time, maintain hydration with plenty of liquids.
