I am a female age 58 and for over a month I ve been having pain in my neck shoulders and upper back. Should I be concerned? I ve been taking aspirin and ibuprofin. I work full time and I m on my feet all day except a 30 min break for lunch. I m 5 2 128 lbs. I have osteoporosis but I m not taking meds for it.

Such complains are usually in patients with low levels of vitamin D i would suggest you to get your vitamin D levels done and it is advised to take med for osteoporosis as this can get worse after menopause and you might end up with broken bones with minor traumas.
There are OTC calcium vitamin D supplements available in market buy a good one and start using it, till you get vitamin D levels done if they are on much lower side then you can start high dose vitamin D supplementation after discussing with your doctor.
