Hello,

Whitish nipple discharge with lump is suggestive of breast cancer. And this can spread to lung and cause lung nodules and pleural effusion which can cause chest pain.

So in my opinion, you should immediately consult a doctor and get done CT thorax, a biopsy from breast lump and tumour markers.

You may need PET Scan if it is malignant breast lump. So don't wait, consult a doctor immediately.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
