What Causes Pain In The Lower Stomach?
Two days ago I experienced gradual dull pain in my stomach / lower gut. It was accompanied with pain in lower back ( similar to kidney stone pain) t hat spread slowly up my back. I had been dehydrated. Discomfort in both areas disappear with in an hour as I drank water and had a bowel movement. I have had no reoccurrence over the last two days.

Go for a sonography and urine routine. It will reveal the pathology. Take Drotine 1 SOS if pain recurs. Increase water intake.
