What Causes Pain In The Lower Ribs On The Right Side?

My lower ribs on my right side have been sore and it s getting worse. Tonight it looks like I have blood in my urine. I am a very physically fit vegan who doesn t drink so I don t have the lifestyle that lends to kidney stones, gallbladder issues, liver problems, etc. What could be the problem?

There is nothing to worry. You just may have developed an Infection of the Urinary tract. This will be especially true if the pain is in the loin region slightly posterior aspects of ribs. Also burning sensation while Urination further confirms it.
If you were my patient I would like to put you on a Flouroquinone group of antibiotics-the -floxacin suffixed drugs. Also some syrup to alkalinize the urine and drinking a lot of water will help.
