What Causes Pain In The Lower Leg While Suffering From TIA?

I had a TIA in Feb of this year. lately I have had some pain in my lower left leg below the knee, it s almost like nerve pain, the clogged artery was in my left carotid artery, the symptoms were in my right limbs. could the pain in my left leg be connected to the stroke or more like arthritis , just curious.
