General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

* Most possible issue sounds to be calculus or gravels in the urinary system.

* In our clinic, I recommend a CT scan of the abdomen & pelvis for further guidelines to cure the case.

* Primary pain relief with analgesic tablets and plenty of liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
