General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Take an ultrasound abdomen to check for renal stones or any renal abnormalities. Avoid unnecessary painkillers which can damage the kidneys.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anusuya Ramesh
