What Causes Pain In The Lower Back While Urinating?

For about a month now my lower back and abd hurt when I pee. Just recently the started hurting when I pass my bowels. It usually hurts during the process then goes away. Today, however, after using the restroom I can still feel the pain. It s sharp at first and now it s a full lingering pain. What could be wrong with me?

Most possibly related to underlying calculus or gravels in the urinary system as kidney or ureter.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
