General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It might be because of cord bulges that press the nerve root causing pain. Mostly, S1 and S2 regions are involved. So what you do is do proper exercises to reduce it. Also, take multivitamins and calcium, and vitamin D supplements.

If pain persists do dorsal lumber spine MRI to rule out any cord pathology.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ruby
