What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

Started monday with pain in the bottom of my stomach and when i sat down my bum hurt too it then worked its way up to the top of my stomach and giving me back ache too, i had headache with it but no sickness, i had this till thursday, now im getting cramps in stomach then going to toilet and now im loose.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on your description I feel that you have an infection of gastrointestinal tract (GI).
Kindly take a course of antibiotics containing Ofloxacin and Ornidazole. Eat soft and easily digestible foods which is less spicy and less oily.
Drink good quantities of water.
You should be able to overcome the problem.
