What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen While Suffering From Lupus?

I I am 73 I have had lupus for nine years in the last four years I have had a dull ache in my low abdomen. I don t have a womb. I have had all orifices examined, nothing found, or from scans. I have been using Esrol cream but it gives little relief. Any ideas

if all your scans are normal then you can do a five day coarse of augmentin 1gm (1+1 )n sachet citrosoda 1+1+1 in half glass of water for 3 days tab nospa in case of pain.
it can be urinary tract infection.
