What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen While On Trileptal?

I m taking 300mg trileptal 300mg and an allergy pill and ive been on it for 4 years no changes and I haven t had any sort of menstrual cycle in the four years ive been taking them I m worried and I m constantly having pains in my lower tummy where youd usually get cramps but nothing helps help plz.

You have to do clinical and laboratory assessment at the nearest medical center for excluding any underlying disorder.

Another possibility is the adverse effects of Trileptal, as it results in abdominal pain in nearly 10% of the patients.
