What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen While On Nexplanon?

Hi I have the nexplanon birth control in my arm and recently had my gallbladder taken out and they used anesthesia to put me to sleep would this have messed up my birth control. My surgeon told me to call my Obgyn and my Obgyn never called back i have had some pains once in a while in my ovaries it started 2 days ago so I was worried the General anesthesia canceled out my birth control

Hi, I think anaesthesia can not affect your birth control. So, don't worry about it. You can be having pain due to other reasons. Take some pain killers. If pain persists, get a scan done to see the uterus and ovaries. It can be due to some ovarian cyst. Hope it helps.
