What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen While On Levaquin?

I had a full hysterectomy 2 summers ago. I have had no problems. I don t know if this is connected or not. I have had in the past endometriosis / surgery, an ablasion and tubes stapled, I began having pains determined to be adynomiosis. (sorry about the spelling) so the full hysterectomy. Also the ovaries were not producing. I left cervix, and take 2mg estradiol. I did take levaquin for sinus infection a few weeks ago. I have the past week begun having pains where my ovaries would have been as if beginning menstrual cramps. When I sit my rectum and vaginal area feel as though they are pushing up parts inside that are trying to get out. I m lately feeling nauseaus. Any idea what could be going on?
