What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Right Side?
Hello my name is Monique Gomez and I recently got off of the NuvaRing since May 8th and just within the pass 2 days I have been experiencing pain in what appears to be my right ovary. I had this pain in the past while on the Mirena IUD and has a ruptured cyst in my ovary should I be concerned its the same things or would be body be trying to regulate due to no longer being on BC

Abdominal cramps are quite common with IUD and Nuvaring. Generally, it will settle on its own without any treatment.
You can take analgesics like Ibuprofen or Mefenamic Acid for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, you can consult your gynecologist and plan for an ultrasound scan.
