Hi Thanks for posring your query on HCM I have read and understood your concern. Mild fluid in pouch of Douglas is usually found in case of pelvic inflammatory dieseases(PID) and may give the symptoms you describe.Though rare, it is possible in virgins.Treatment is generally with broad spectrum antibiotics and anti-inflammatories drugs. I will advise you continue with NSAID as prescribed by your Doctor if you have already finished your course of antibiotics. You may need some time to completely be without pains. However, if pain intensity increases, you see your Doctor for reevaluation. Hope this will help Wish you good health. You may write back if more concerns Thanks
