What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Left Side?

Hello sir..I am 25years old newly married girl....I have pain in my lower left side abdomen....while I lie in bed I have no pain...but when I wake up...it starts...sometimes pain in lower left side abdomen while on eating...passing gas continuously while on eating and after eating....I done my ultrasound scan...is there is no sign of anything...one year before I done my endoscopy..there is also no sign of anything...I am very afraid of this pain....because often ly I got this pain. ..please tell any medical attention to my problem sir....is there any serious problem I have?

Hi I think you should get urine routine and microscopy and culture done to see if there is any infection. Drink around 3 to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser like syrup alkasol. You may need some antibiotic. Also take some antacids like pantoprazole empty stomach. Hope it helps.
