What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Pressure In The Rectum?
My lower abdomen hurts when I press on it, I feel like it s my uterus. I feel pressure in my rectum, but I can t go poop. When I sit on the toilet to try to go, nothing happens but when I wipe there s blood on the toilet paper and in the toilet. It hurts to put any pressure on my rectum, like when I wiped. I m getting concerned but don t know what to do.

It should be evaluated since there may be some serious issues going on. In most cases this is hemorrhoids or polyps but also tumors should be ruled out so colonoscopy must be done for further evaluation.
