What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Bleeding During Urination?

Hello, I am a postmenopausal 62 yr old. 3 days ago I started to have very painful cramps lower left side. I started bleeding just urinating in toilet. The bleeding is off and on. The cramps are still bad not traveling. I know it s not kidney stones. I ve had them before. Please help. Thank you

It is possible in menopausal syndrome due to hormonal imbalance. Consult gynecologist and and with her advise can go for hormonal replacement.
