What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen After Periods?

Hello, when I had my period in February it came brown then red it lasted for 7 days then after that period I got small pains where the ovaries are then I got my period a little late in March and it came a little brown first then the next day came red again even with cramps on the 3rd day and it lasted 6 days, could this be pregnancy? :(

Hi, I think if your periods lasted for 6 days with good flow in between, then there is very little chance of pregnancy. But just to be sure that you are not pregnant, do a urine pregnancy test at home. It will clear your doubt. It may be happening due to some infections. Get yourself examined by a gynecologist. You may need some antibiotics.
