What Causes Pain In The Legs Upon Bending Down?

I m 58, male and in good shape, ride a bike 14 miles 3-4 times a week. When I bend over to touch my toes it s a big strain, not pain but strain. Also when I m laying on my back, and lift my legs up and try to spread them apart, it hurts as in strain. The wider I try to spread my legs the more it s hurts. So strange.

Hello,

As per your history, it looks more like muscle fatigue rather than any other illness. Nothing to worry.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
