Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My left upper arm has been aching for no obvious reason for the past couple weeks, making it hard to write (I m left handed). This afternoon I started to ache all over and am assuming it s a cold coming on. However, having been lying down for the past hour or so my BP is 180/90. :o/. I take BP medication and don t usually have a problem with my BP if I rest.
Such symptoms are either due to neual compression or vascular compromise, in both you need proper evaluation and investigation to see the cause. Consulting a neurologist will help.
