What Causes Pain In The Left Testicles?

My left testicle aches, specifically the area where all the veins are. It has been there for two days. I don't think there's any discoloration and there are no lumps. I've not had sexual relations recently so I didn't contract a disease. I haven't damaged it from what I can remember.

welcome to Health care magic.
1.Do not worry, you don't have to do some thing always to cause disease.
2.It looks like infection / inflammation in this case.
3.I would recommend to have a pain killer if your pain/discomfort is less than 4 on a scale of 10.
4.If symptoms persists, then you have to see your doctor and may need to get a course of antibiotics and a ultrasound scan if necessary.
5.Hope i answered your question, wish you good health.
