What Causes Pain In The Left Nipple?

So my left nipple for about two weeks now has been hurting like crazy even when I do t touch it and just the other day I noticed in both that if I squeeze them in the inside of my nipples there is what to me looks like little yellow balls. Should I be worried?

Good day and thank you for posting this question. Yes, you should be worried. Kindly see your doctor who will examine the breast properly and might ask you to do an ultrasound scan of the breast.
