What Causes Pain In The Left Kidney?

I was treated with Levofloxacin for a kidney infection. I finished the ten day treatment two days ago. The infection was in my right kidney. Today I began developing pain in my left kidney accompanied by occasional stinging pain radiating up and down my mid to lower back region. Could I still possibly have an infection and could it be in my left kidney now?

Hi sir/madam

I would like to know what infection did you have in the right kidney ,was it due to a renal stone or any bacterial infection or so.

According to the information you have provided i believe you must be having a renal stone which is causing on and off pain.
I would recommend you to get a ultrasound done under your family doctor supervision and any further investigations if required.

thank you
