What Causes Pain In The Left Breast?

Looking for causes of left breast pain of two weeks duration. I am 68 years old and have a pacemaker for sick sinus syndrome. Have seen my cardiologist and there is no indication of cardiac reason for the pain but is scheduling nuclear stress test to be safe. Pain is not pinpoint. Seems to be more radiating rather thsn localized. Wondering if I should be seeing PCP to request ultrasound. Pain is also more intermittent rather than constant.

@ Apart from cardiac conditions there are non cardiac reasons also for left
sided breast pain as - mastalgia from inflammation or breast lesion -
inter costal muscle , nerve bundle related , costochondral problems - rib
pathologies - left lung problems - others
@ Need help of x-ray and ultrasound to get more details of the same
