What Causes Pain In The Left Arm After Injecting Methamphetamine?
I shot meth up in my left hand and back of my right forearm close to my wrist. Now my biceps r really sore. My left bicep had a big soft lump on the inside of my arm away from the injection site. Now there is a light reddish to pink spot with small purple dots inside of it. Does not itch and is not hot. What is it? What s going on?

Hi,
It can be a small hematoma and associated muscular pain. Nothing to worry and it is quite common after intramuscular injection.
As a first line management, you can apply warm compresses and take analgesics like Diclofenac for pain relief.
Generally, the symptoms will subside in couple of days.
