What Causes Pain In The Knees?

Hello, I m wondering about knee pain I am having. The pain isn t located in the kneecap area; rather, on the inner leg/knee area. It began when doing lots of deep knee bends. I have it in both legs, but the right is worse than the left. Thank you, Cherie

Hello,

I think it's happening due to medial part nerve compression especially obturator nerve if compressed will lead to the inner side of thigh pain. For that, you take any painkillers to subside. Take rest and not exercise for some time and then gradual start practice to increase to the present level.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
